We have successfully run Grand Theft Auto Vice City on The Following PC Systems
Windows 98SE, Millennium, 2000, XP, Win7, Win8, Win8.1
With NO problems at all..
Though windows 8 requires direct play, which it'll do for you.

iOS Mods

Maybe soon.. and YES.. you can do it...but the device must be jailbroken to Write to the folders.

PS2 Mods

Modding a PS2 requires totally different tools AND a chipped PS2
so we wont be covering that any time soon here...
